Jesus called us to follow him. Sometimes that means leaving our safe and cozy, comfort zone. Despite admittedly stepping outside her comfort zone, one member of the Honduras Medical Mission team, Christina Finelli, is excited to be part of the mission. She enthusiastically wrote about why she joined this mission:
“Going on a medical mission trip has been a dream of mine since beginning my journey to PA school. I have always been passionate about serving others and gaining a deeper understanding of how medical care is delivered in other countries. This opportunity to travel to Honduras allows me to step outside my comfort zone and broaden my perspective on life and medicine. I am so excited to learn, grow, and provide care alongside my team to those who need it most in Honduras!”

There are 20 individuals traveling – both medical and support personnel, including doctors, nurses, and medical, nursing, and physician’s assistant students.
