Rev. Dr. Kathryn Foster

Rev. Dr. Kathryn Foster, our Minister for Pastoral Care, has a long history of serving in ministry, Christian education, music and administration. Born to a UCC minister, she has experienced many varieties of Christian church in her time. During a career in the travel and traveling the world, she earned an A.A. in Business Administration; then she attended Moravian College earning a B.A. in Sociology, and then a B.S. in Nursing, practicing four years. She earned her Master of Divinity from Moravian Theological Seminary, in 2013 and has served as an authorized minister since 2014. She recently completed her Doctor of Ministry degree at Iliff School of Theology, in Denver, CO. It is obvious she enjoys learning! She has taken part in ministry trips to Africa, Honduras, and among Native Americans. Kathryn’s heart is in ministry, and care of people, but always seeking to discern God’s prophetic call to justice and new things within God’s beloved community.
