Be still, and know that I am God

A “Sign in the Snow” was a picture that Carole took on Good Friday a few years ago in the woods at Mount Washington, New Hampshire.  As we were snowshoeing through the woods, we saw the little evergreen. The bottom branches were bent into the snow so that the top branches formed a cross.  I just happened to look at my watch as Carole took the picture.  It was 3 p.m. Good Friday, the time when Jesus died. The words “Be still and know that I am God” certainly came to mind.
