Dear FPCA Family:
This Sunday, September 13, is our annual Homecoming celebration! Our four worshiping communities will gather for one united worship service at 10:00 a.m., followed immediately by our churchwide picnic. It will be a special day to celebrate the home we share at First Presbyterian Church of Allentown and the beautifully diverse community God has brought together here. Following worship; stay for food, fellowship, cotton candy, a bounce house, a water slide, giant yard games, music, temporary tattoos, and plenty of fun for all ages.
Homecoming is also one of the best Sundays of the year to invite friends and neighbors. Please take that invitation seriously and faithfully. Think of someone who might appreciate a joyful and welcoming place to worship, connect, and spend a Sunday morning. A personal invitation can mean more than we realize, and we would love for you to bring someone with you!
We have also published our Fall Faith Formation Catalog, which includes opportunities for children, youth, and adults from now through December. Sunday morning Faith Formation for all ages begins next Sunday, September 20.
